Integrative Practices
Integrative practices are important not just when using psychedelic assisted therapy, but also as a way to maintain balance and stay grounded in your life. It can feel hard to find time to incorporate these practices into your lifestyle, but this is the hard work that needs to be done if you wish to spark the change in your life. Not all practices may resonate with you, but its important to find the ones that do. Many of these practices can be done individually or within a group. Connection with oneself is important and time alone is essential for that, but don't forget to include some community practices into your routines as well. Finding and maintaining a sense of community is important for emotional well- being. Healing with others may be important for your self-growth journey.

Mens Circle
A men's circle is a gathering of men who come together to share experiences, support one another, and foster personal growth. These circles provide a safe space for men express their thoughts and feelings openly, encouraging vulnerability and connection. The benefits of participating in a men's include improved emotional well-being, stronger friendships, and a deeper understanding of masculinity. By engaging in meaningful conversations, men can challenge societal norms and develop healthier relationships with themselves and others.
We try to schedule men's circle events twice a month. Each gathering will be different. Sometimes we will have specific activities and locations for our meetings. Once you sign up below, stay tuned for further details regarding that particular event.

Movement
Physical movement is an important part of integration practices. Movement allows energy that needs to get out of the body to get out. Movement can come in many forms. It can be done alone or as a community with others. If possible, movement outside can be very beneficial. Be creative with your movement! Make it something that you enjoy and clears your head, something that makes you feel connected to your

body. This should be a movement activity that is not too strenuous as you want to be able to remain as present/aware as possible in the moment.
